Cancellation Policy
At Perceptage International, we strive to provide high-quality training experiences. Due to the nature of digital course content and scheduling commitments, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation Fees:
More than 7 days before the course start date: A cancellation fee of $40.00 will apply.
7 days or less before the course start date: A cancellation fee of the full amount will apply.
No Refunds After Course Access
Once you have accessed the course materials, no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling Option:
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future course date (subject to availability). Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date. By purchasing our course, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
